A guided time of ministry to address a specific issue and invite Jesus’ healing.
Restoring the Foundations (RTF) with ENCC
Who RTF Is For
RTF at Every Nation City Church is available to members who have completed our membership process and desire deeper healing in a specific area of life. RTF is designed to help you identify root issues underneath a current struggle and receive prayerful, biblical ministry from trained leaders. In RTF’s Issue-Focused Ministry (IFM) format, you’ll receive ministry for one primary issue that’s adversely affecting your life. Sessions are typically one 2–3 hour meeting led by a minister with an assistant present.
If additional ministry is needed, our team will help discuss referral options with you and church oversight.
What to Expect
A focused session on one issue (IFM). You’ll complete a Personal Questionnaire (PQ) beforehand to help the minister understand roots and patterns related to your issue.
One meeting, 2–3 hours with a minister and assistant.
Prayer-led, pastoral care (not licensed counseling). Ministers listen, support, pray, and may invite follow-up steps (e.g., prayer, fasting, simple “homework,” or accountability).
Possible referrals if your situation requires longer-term or specialized support.
How It Works (Steps)
-
Use the link below to download the RTF Issue-Focused Ministry Personal Questionnaire (PQ). Fill it out digitally (fillable PDF) or by hand after printing. The PQ helps surface the roots beneath your current issue and includes your personal, spiritual background and family patterns to support the ministry time.
-
Email (preferred): Send the completed PDF to info@everynationcitychurch.com. In your email, include:
Your best availability for a 2–3 hour session
Your preference for who you’d like to guide you (if any)
Drop-off: Place your completed PQ in a sealed envelope labeled “RTF” and drop it in the black drop box at the back of the church sanctuary. Include a note with your best availability and minister preference (optional).
Please submit your PQ several days before your scheduled ministry so your minister can prepare well.
-
Our staff will review your questionnaire and application, then contact you to coordinate your RTF session (date/time, minister, location).
-
Call or arrive ready to pray and receive. Your minister may suggest simple follow-up steps and, if needed, may recommend referrals in partnership with church oversight.
Confidentiality & Care
We take your privacy seriously. Your statements and written information are considered confidential and may not be disclosed without your written consent. There are important limits: ministers may summarize the ministry to their oversight and consult pastors to better serve you; and they must follow mandatory reporting laws regarding danger to self/others or suspected abuse of a minor. You’ll review and sign the Waiver of Liability & Confidentiality as part of the PQ.
One signed copy is kept with your minister and another is filed in the church office.
Before You Come
The Heart Behind RTF (Discipleship)
Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to prepare your heart.
Complete the PQ honestly; it’s returned to you after ministry.
Expect Jesus to meet you with truth, healing, and freedom.
RTF is one way we help our church family keep growing: from salvation to baptism, into spiritual maturity, and into serving others. If your session reveals a need for ongoing discipleship or small-group support, we’ll help connect you.
FAQs
What is Restoring the Foundations (RTF)?
RTF is a prayer-based ministry designed to help you invite Jesus into specific areas of hurt, sin, or struggle. It helps uncover the root causes behind present issues and bring lasting healing through biblical truth and prayer.
What happens after I submit my questionnaire?
Once you email or drop off your completed Personal Questionnaire (PQ), our staff will review it and connect you with a trained RTF minister. We’ll confirm scheduling and any details about your session.
Who can sign up for RTF?
RTF is available to Every Nation City Church members who have completed the membership process and desire deeper inner healing. If you’re new to ENCC, we encourage you to start by attending our Open Table and completing the Next Steps process first.
Is RTF the same as counseling?
No—RTF is not professional counseling or therapy. It’s a spiritual ministry that helps you encounter God’s truth and freedom through guided prayer. If we sense your needs may require longer-term or specialized care, we’ll gladly help connect you with trusted Christian counselors.
How long is an RTF session?
Each Issue-Focused Ministry (IFM) session usually lasts about 2 to 3 hours and focuses on one main issue. Your minister and assistant will guide you gently through prayer and reflection.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share is treated with strict confidentiality and only shared with your RTF minister, assistant, or pastoral oversight as needed. We are also required by law to report any intent to harm self or others or suspected abuse of a minor.
